This is a list of "approved foods" for most of the SixPackSmackdown diet plans. We have compiled this list from our years of experience using other diet plans we've found online. From the Zone Diet to Paleo to Micchi's Ladder and other programs we've found on various sites, they all recommend mostly the same types of healthy foods - ones that are packed with macro and micro nutrients, antioxidants, healthy fats and vitamins and minerals. Feel free to substitute these food items in any of our sample diet plans to mix it up.
