What is 21 Day Fix?

21 Day Fix is a fitness program created for Beachbody by fitness trainer Autumn Calabrese. It incorporates the idea that it takes 21 days to build a habit, and in those 21 days, you will be building the habit of getting in 30 minutes of working out a day,  along with developing healthy eating habits.

Why should I do 21 Day Fix?

The program comes with not only two DVDs with workouts for every day of the week (with a bonus 10-minute ab workout!), but also with portion control containers. Each container is a different color, and the colors represent what type of food is measured with said container - vegetable, fruit, protein, carb, healthy fat, seed/dressing, and oil. You also receive a food list telling you what foods fit into each container. Upon receiving the program, you take a little quiz that will tell you how many containers of each food type you will eat in a day. It may not initially seem like a lot, but trust me, it is!
