I've been following The Get Stacked Plan from Cory Gregory at www.corygfitness.com for about 2 years now. One of the staples in every workout is squats.
This was my Wednesday workout. Wednesdays are typically max effort back squat day to start the workout.
I worked up to a 540 single.
Followed that up with some cleans, lunges, abs.
