Heavy Squat and Power Clean Workout

Today was a heavy squat and heavy power clean workout.  I have been lowering the volume lately and then doing my 400 lunges and circuit at the end which has provided some decent results for this old man.

Here was my workout:
Back Squat 4x2 @ 380#

400 walking lunges

4x Giant Set
10 GHD
10 Back Extensions
25 Ab Wheels
