Squat + Bicep Barbell Burnout Workout

I needed a good arm workout for today.  Something that would get me a good pump without having to try curl really heavy weights.  I came up with the Bicep Barbell Burnout workout and it was just the ticket - an empty 45lb bar never felt so heavy.

Back Squat - Work up to 3x3 heavy - I did 375#

Barbell Burnout Supersets

4x superset
Barbell Curls 8-12 reps
Barbell Curls Empty bar 20 reps
rest 1:00 between sets

4x superset
EZ Bar Curls 8 reps
Barbell Curls Empty bar 20 reps
rest 1:00 between sets

400 walking lunges

Superset 4x
25 Ab Wheels
10 Dog Bone Pull Ups
