Is 500kg capacity actually overkill for a small retail stockroom or reasonable buffer

I run a mid sized furniture retail showroom in Abu Dhabi and we're finally upgrading our stockroom equipment after years of using whatever mismatched trolleys came with the space when we moved in, most of what we move is boxed furniture parts, some assembled pieces, and occasional bulk deliveries, and while comparing options I noticed a lot of listings for trolleys rated well beyond what I initially assumed we'd need, which made me start questioning whether I've been underestimating our actual load requirements this whole time or if higher rated options are just marketed toward everyone regardless of actual necessity, our heaviest single loads probably max out around 250 to 300 kilos on a busy delivery day, so does it make sense to buy something rated significantly higher just as a safety buffer, or is that unnecessary spending for loads that rarely approach anything close to that ceiling, while researching this I came across some listings for best value 500kg capacity trolleys in Abu Dhabi and the pricing wasn't drastically higher than lower capacity options which honestly surprised me and made me reconsider whether buying with extra headroom just makes sense regardless of our typical load, does anyone know if operating a trolley well under its rated capacity actually extends its lifespan compared to consistently loading it closer to the maximum, because if that's true then maybe the extra buffer is worth it purely from a durability standpoint rather than just being unnecessary overkill, also is there a meaningful difference in maneuverability or overall build between a 300kg rated trolley and a 500kg one, or is the actual physical difference between those two capacity tiers relatively minor once you're just looking at day to day handling rather than extreme load testing, I don't want to overspend on capacity we'll genuinely never approach, but I also don't want to keep replacing worn out lower capacity trolleys every year if buying with more headroom actually results in equipment that simply lasts longer under regular use, so if anyone has experience choosing between these capacity tiers for retail style loads similar to ours, I'd really appreciate hearing what ended up making sense for your operation.
