Introducing Dustin

Hi everyone! I'm Dustin and I blog on D-Train Fitness. I used to be an athlete but took a decade off from exercise (while still eating like a high school hockey player). I got fat, but now I'm working to lose the extra pounds and get back into great shape. My blog is geared toward people like me who need a little motivation and aren't sure where to start!
