I wonder if this whey protein is good or not:Six Star Pro Nutrition Whey Protein Plus Nutritional Supplement (From the makers of Muscletech)This protein is sold at Walt -Mart and it's not very expensive. Is this whey protein as effective as other whey protein powder or not? I use to take Bio X protein, but Bio X whey protein is more expensive. Thank you for your answers!
