We have created 16 different workout programs that should work for 95% of the people visiting this site.  Read through these programs and select one that looks appealing to you and which you feel you have the correct equipment to perform the workouts on a daily basis.

Step 2:  Choose One Of Our Nutrition Plans

Once you have selected your workout program, you need to get your nutrition in check.  We have several of the most popular nutrition plans on this site.  Choose one of them and stick to it.  If you want to do intermittent fasting or eat six meals per day, it is totally up to you.  You just need to pick one, have some discipline and commit to it for at least 4 weeks.
