  1. Warm-Up
    5 minutes jogging.

  2. Back Squats
    5x5 back squats (move up 5# from the last workout)

  3. Strict (Military) Press
    5x5 strict press (move up 5# from last workout)

  4. Deadlifts – Work up to a heavy set of 5

  5. Conditioning
    21-15-9
    DeadLift @ 70% - 100% Bodyweight (you choose)
    Box Jumps
     (As a sprint - do 21 deads, then 21 box jumps, then 15/15, 9/9)

  6. Lunge University
    200 lunge steps with your favorite music blasting
