  1. Warm Up - 5 mins jogging

  2. Back Squats 5x5 (add 5# from last workout)

  3. Strict Overhead Press 5x5 (add 5# from last workout)

  4. Deadlift - work-up to a heavy set of 5

  5. Conditioning
    For Time:
    5 Rounds
    10 Pull-Ups
    10 Dips
    10 Hang Power Cleans (you choose the weight)
    400m Run

  6. Lunge University - 250 walking lunges
