  1. Warm Up - 5 Mins Jogging

  2. Back Squats 5x5 (move up 5# from last workout)

  3. Strict Overhead Press 5x5 (add 5# from last workout)

  4. Deadlift - work-up to a heavy set of 5

  5. Conditioning
    For Time:
    Every 2:00 for 20 minutes
    5 Power Cleans (you choose the weight)
    7 pull-ups
    7 burpees over the bar

  6. Lunge University - 300 walking lunges
